Role: ERP Business Analyst
Duration: 3 month contract, possible conversion to FTE
Contract Type: W2
Location: Hybrid in Bolingbrook, IL
Pay Rate: $50-60hr
Stanton House is working with a Global Construction and Infrastructure Technology company that is currently going through an ERP Transformation. They are seeking 2 Business Analyst to join their team and help map out their as-is state. You will be responsible for reviewing existing documentation, speaking with the business to understand requirements, conducting white boarding sessions, documenting processes, and cross checking those processes with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience mapping out AS-IS state of an environment
- Strong cross-functional skills
- Background in ERP transformations
- Knowledge/experience within Engineer or Manufacturing businesses

- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics
